PLEASE NOTE

In order to ensure the safety of participant and the general public it is essential to adear to the following:
You carry the appropriate fire fighting equipment
You notify your insurers of your entry into the carnival
You and all members of entry do not consume alcohol prior to or during the event
Only entry participates are carried on the float and they are protected safely
All instructions given by members of the Carnival Committee must be carried out immediately
Strictly no water pistols, cannons or missiles are to be used in an entry

PRIVACY NOTICE

Hayle Carnival Committee are required to process your personal data for the administration of our events. On Occasion we are required to hold a copy of photographic identification and vehicle insurance documents and will hold this, along with the data provided on the entry form, for up to 1 year after the Carnival. Hayle Carnival Comittee take photographs of the event for the purpose of publicity, therefore when you participate in the Carnival some Personal data may be collected. Hayle Carnival Comitee will not provide your personal data to 3rd parties unless you have given specific conset for this or we are requested by law to do so.
You have the ‘right to be forgotten’ and can make a request verbally or in writing to the below address.
